When will I receive my item?
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 working days. Any delays will be notified by email or telephone.
Can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, if you have any problems with this then please call us direct on 01792 462 999 or email the store on [email protected]
Can I view an item in store?
If you would like to view an item in store, you can book an appointment via the website. Alternatively, you can call or email the store directly to reserve it.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery will be free of charge on all orders over £50 for weekday delivery, any orders under £50 will incur a £7.50 charge.
If you wish to request a Saturday delivery, you will need to contact a member of our team directly. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 working days.
We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to discuss rest of the world delivery.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries will require a signature.
What if I’m not in when the order is delivered?
If you are not there to receive and sign for your delivery, you will be left a card with contact details to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Can my order be gift-wrapped?
All our products are gift-wrapped. All orders will be in a Stephen Hughes Fine Diamonds gift bag.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can make payment through PayPal. Through PayPal you can pay using your standard VISA or Mastercard.
Can I view my item in store?
We have a ‘view item’ button, which allows you to request a viewing on the item in question. Alternatively, you can contact the store direct to book a viewing.
Do you offer finance?
Up to 4 years interest free credit available in store. (Terms and Conditions Apply)
Does my product come with warranty?
All branded products will be despatched with the manufacturers warranty. Stephen Hughes Fine Diamonds products are guaranteed from date of purchase for two years.
