Delivery and Returns

Delivery will be free of charge on all orders over £50 for weekday delivery, any orders under £50 will incur a £7.50 charge.

If you wish to request a Saturday delivery, you will need to contact a member of our team directly. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 working days.

We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to discuss rest of the world delivery.

Please note

Items ordered by 3pm will be posted the same day Monday-Friday. Items ordered after 3pm will be posted the next working day.
Next working day is Monday-Friday. Whilst some Special Delivery Parcels may arrive on a Saturday, this is not guaranteed so allow for Monday or Tuesday delivery.
Contact us directly if you need urgent delivery.

Returns
At Stephen Hughes Fine Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Occasionally, we understand that you may wish to return your items. A refund can be requested up to 14 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange or refund. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged up to 14 days from date of dispatch.

Please note that this applies to online purchases only and items such as earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for items, which have been altered, re-sized or engraved.

Terms and Conditions
We cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the despatch note and returns slip.

Sale items are exchange only and can be done up to 14 days from date of dispatch.
