  • When will I receive my item?
    Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 working days. Any delays will be notified by email or telephone.
     
  • Can I track my order?

  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery will be free of charge on all orders over £50 for weekday delivery. If you wish to request a Saturday delivery, you will need to contact a member of our team direct. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will reach you within 1-5 working days.
    We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to discuss rest of the world delivery.
     
  • Will I need to sign for my delivery?
    Yes, all deliveries will require a signature.
     
  • What if I’m not in when the order is delivered?
    If you are not there to receive and sign for your delivery, you will be left a card with contact details to make alternative delivery arrangements.
     
  • Do you deliver internationally?

  • Can my order be gift-wrapped?
    All our products are gift-wrapped. All orders will be in a Stephen Hughes Fine Diamonds gift bag.
     
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    You can make payment through PayPal. Through PayPal you can pay using your standard VISA or Mastercard.
     
  • Can I view my item in store?
    We have a ‘view item’ button, which allows you to request a viewing on the item in question. Alternatively, you can contact the store direct to book a viewing.
     
  • Do you offer finance?
    Up to 4 years interest free credit available in store. (Terms and Conditions Apply)
     
  • Does my product come with warranty?
    All branded products will be despatched with the manufacturers warranty. Stephen Hughes Fine Diamonds products are guaranteed from date of purchase for two years.
